The play delves into many issues, addressing stereotypes and stigmas associated with such issues as: addiction, suicide, HIV/AIDs, homophobia, of course the words "nigga and nigger" as well as defining the word "King", which X's both of those words out completely.
A room full of inner city boys who all possess some issue/complex, while learning to deal with the lose of a fellow classmate due to suicide. They take steps by writing and expressing their feelings in the classroom as well as one-on-one with the mother of the suicide victim.
